Now you can download an ASMedia USB 3.0/3.1 eXtensible Host Controller Driver ver. 1.16.38.1 for Elitegroup Z170IU-C43 motherboard. Fast downloading speed. I dont think the USB drives I use are 3.0, but I think they should be faster than 4MB/s. My Current ASMedia XHCI Controller Driver Version is 1.10.1.0, and shows that it is the most current.
